For small and medium wastewater treatment plants, we design custom wastewater treatment systems tailored to each municipal or industrial wastewater profile. Each plant is engineered via detailed waste characterization and assembled with proven modular processes (e.g. membrane or moving-bed bioreactors with nutrient recovery) to ensure robust removal of organics, nutrients and contaminants. Our designs meet stringent EU/regional standards, for example, the revised EU Urban Wastewater Directive now requires nutrient and micropollutant removal even for agglomerations above 1,000 PE, while optimizing energy use and operating cost. We deliver each project as a turnkey design-and-build (EPC) solution, from process engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning. giving clients a single point of responsibility and reliable, scalable performance.
The way we do the projects
1. Initial Consultation & Site Assessment
We begin with a deep-dive consultation to understand your needs, followed by a site visit or remote evaluation. We assess local conditions, effluent goals, regulatory constraints, space limitations, and client preferences.


2. Wastewater Characterization & Feasibility Study
We conduct or analyze lab results to characterize your influent — including COD, BOD, nutrients, TSS, pH, heavy metals, etc. Based on this, we perform a feasibility study to propose applicable technologies and treatment goals.
3. Custom Process Design
Our engineering team designs a tailored treatment train from pre-treatment to final polishing, choosing the most efficient combination (e.g., screening, MBBR, SBR, DAF, MBR, disinfection). Simulations and PFDs are created to visualize flow and sizing.


4. Costing, Budgeting & Regulatory Compliance
We prepare a detailed and transparent financial package, including Bill of Quantities (BoQ), CAPEX/OPEX analysis, and a full technical proposal. All solutions are designed to meet local discharge limits, health and safety codes, and EU environmental standards.
If your site lacks clear local regulations, we collaborate with certified local engineering or environmental consultants to determine appropriate compliance benchmarks, ensuring long-term project approval and operational security.
5. Procurement & Equipment Manufacturing
After approval, we procure high-quality components and fabricate custom elements (e.g., steel tanks, skid-mounted systems). All components comply with EU standards and client specs.


6. Civil Work, Construction & Installation
We manage the full site construction, including earthworks, tank installations, pipework, and electricals, using experienced contractors. Installation of treatment units is closely supervised.
7. Automation & Instrumentation
We implement SCADA, PLC-based control, remote monitoring, and smart sensors tailored to your project needs, ensuring ease of operation and real-time performance tracking.


8. Commissioning & Staff Training
Once installation is complete, we run full commissioning trials, troubleshoot on-site, and optimize performance. Simultaneously, your team is trained on operation, safety, and maintenance.
9. Handover & Ongoing Support
After successful testing, we officially hand over the system along with documentation, manuals, and service agreements. Our team remains available for after-sales support, remote monitoring, or upgrades.
