SVP Series – Advanced Two-Phase Vortex Pumps for Nano and Micro Bubble Generation

The SVP series represents cutting-edge two-phase vortex pumps, expertly designed to blend liquids (such as water) with gases including air, nitrogen, oxygen, CO₂, or ozone. Featuring dual inlets — one for liquid and one for gas — these pumps deliver a seamless liquid-gas mixture through a single outlet.

By leveraging negative pressure, the pump simultaneously draws in liquid and gas via dedicated inlet ports and an air nozzle. High-frequency vortices, generated between the impeller blades, ensure highly efficient gas-liquid mixing and superior gas dissolution, performing suction, mixing, and pumping in one continuous process.

With an outlet pressure ranging from 3.5 to 4 bar, the SVP series pumps are versatile and adaptable. In their simplest configuration, they operate with water and ambient air, making them an accessible solution for a wide variety of industrial and environmental applications.

Engineered for two-phase fluid flow, the SVP pumps excel in producing white water—liquids infused with dissolved gases—and generating micro and nano bubbles. Under specific conditions, the SVP series can also create stable nano-emulsions by blending one fluid into another.
